The Menopause Center of Seattle
In addition to research opportunities and gynecological care, Seattle Women's is proud to offer focused expertise in Menopause, Female Sexual Dysfunction and Vulvar Disorders.

Since 1997 our office has operated the Menopause Center of Seattle. Though we launched a new name this year, we have incorporated all previous functions and the Menopause Center remains a special and important part of our clinical practice.
Our practice has developed a special interest in the management of women transitioning the menopause (perimenopause) and in women who are post- menopausal. As our practice has aged, we have an increasing number of menopausal women who we see for regular gynecologic care. Over the last 17 years Dr. Kroll and her colleagues at Seattle Women’s have been involved in cutting edge research related to many aspects of women’s health. Our clinicians have had the first hand opportunityto participate in studies that have brought most of the new menopausal treatments to market. As a result of our dedication to this specialized topic, we are thoroughly versed in traditional and innovative pharmacologic treatments.
Each woman’s experience of hormonal change is unique, difficult to measure objectively, and subject to infinite variations. Our primary purpose is to help you manage your menopausal symptoms in a way that is individualized and educated. We maintain a scientific, medical approach based on rigorous and approved therapies.
All of our practitioners are certified by the North American Menopause Society. This certification requires completion of a rigorous course of study, a comprehensive examination and annual extensive continuing education. Through this process of maintaining certification, we stay abreast of the vast amount of published data and ongoing trials that are being conducted throughout the world.
Dr. Kroll is recognized as a leader in women's healthcare and has been practicing in Seattle since 1986. Dr. Kroll is certified and recertified annually by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She holds certification as a Menopause Clinician by the North American Menopause Society. She has additional training in Bone Densitometry and Vulvar disorders. Dr. Kroll has a special interest in Female Sexual Health.
